#01 | Introductory meeting & planning meeting
In our initial consultation, we'll get to know each other personally. Together, we'll discuss my potential role and exchange ideas and wishes for your wedding day. We'll determine which of my packages best suits your needs. If everything is a good fit, you'll receive a booking confirmation and a contract for peace of mind. During our planning meeting, we'll develop a musical concept that reflects your wishes and the overall flow of your ceremony/wedding. We'll delve into the details, finalize your song choices, and establish the ideal order. I'm always available to provide comprehensive support and answer any questions you may have.

#02 | Song Selection & Rehearsals
I'd be happy to learn your personal song requests, including the lyrics and obtaining the necessary instrumental versions. For duo accompaniment, we'll also schedule one or two rehearsals, during which we'll dedicate ample time to your chosen songs.

#03 | Technical & Instrumental Versions
To ensure brilliant sound during my performance, I use high-quality audio equipment and conduct a soundcheck before each appearance. This guarantees that my sound meets both your and my expectations. My audio equipment is sufficient for sound reinforcement for up to 150 people. If I'm accompanying you throughout your wedding day across multiple events, I'll have suitable background music for my vocal breaks.

#04 | Travel expenses
Alle Basispakte verstehen sich zzgl. Fahrtkosten. Jeder anfallende Kilometer wird mit 0,6 € pro Kilometer berechnet (Referenzort: Melsungen). Bei langer Anreise können Übernachtungskosten anfallen.

I will arrive approximately 1.5 hours before the ceremony/wedding and finish setup and soundcheck early so that the venue can be entered without delay. I will need a 230V power outlet on site. Please remember that the venue opens 1.5 hours before the start of the ceremony.

With the all-inclusive wedding package, I'll accompany your special wedding day from the ceremony to the reception. We'll take your wishes into account and ensure that the music for the ceremony, champagne reception, dinner, and party perfectly matches your taste and that of your guests. As a special treat, the musical accompaniment for the party will take you on a journey through the last 40 years of music history, where I'll actively involve your guests and encourage them to participate – a truly unique experience. In addition to my sound equipment, I'll also bring the appropriate lighting, so you won't have to do without anything.
