My physics studies and years of experience with weddings give me a keen sense for light, composition, structure and emotions – for reports accompanied by singing that are authentic, reimagined, tangible and full of life. Growing up in a creative family taught me that memories should last — not just beautiful to look at, but felt like a piece of home

As a singing photographer, I bring together two passions: photography and music. I don’t just capture what happens — I create experiences that touch the heart. My minor in physics gave me a keen sensitivity to light, shadow, and composition — while years of experience as a singer taught me to sense emotions, interpret them, and capture them at just the right moment. Today, both shape my work: storytelling photography that isn’t posed, but real — tangible, timeless, and full of life, even years after your wedding.
I grew up in a creative family, where cameras and guitars were always around. Today, it’s the images of my own childhood that remind me of those precious moments — and it’s exactly that feeling I want to share:

Melissa Beyer, known as Liz, has been enchanting audiences for over 15 years as a professional singer on regional, national, and international stages. She embodies musical excellence, charisma, and emotional depth. With more than 400 performances under her belt, she blends professionalism with authenticity, creating a memorable and stylish atmosphere for every special occasion — especially weddings.
As the lead singer of the renowned gala band
Fantasy (Kassel) and a guest vocalist with acclaimed cover bands such as Sixpash (Marburg), Jammin' Cool (Mainz), MyCoverband (Hamburg), and ELEEZA (Weimar), Liz has performed at events across Germany. She has also sung for prestigious companies including Mercedes-Benz, VW, ProLux, Continental, Opel, and many more, entertaining audiences of up to 15,000 people.
For years, she has performed at Aldiana Club Resorts and ROBINSON Clubs worldwide, and has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Loona (“Bailando”). Melissa’s repertoire spans ballads, jazz, bossa nova, pop, rock, funk, soul, 80s classics, and current chart hits — all tailored to the dramaturgy of the occasion, with the flexibility to respond seamlessly to client requests.
Alongside her musical career, Melissa has built her wedding photography business under the name Liz Beyer Photography, drawing on her second degree in physics. In recent years, she has photographed around 15 weddings per year, gaining experience in documenting entire wedding days, sharpening her intuition for emotional moments, and developing her distinctive photographic style. Her work brings emotions and music to life in a natural and warm way.
